Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Resonance account and the personal data linked to it at any time. All it takes is an email.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from your sign-in address

    Send an email to kodaprodev@gmail.com from the address you sign in to Resonance with, using the subject “Account deletion request — Resonance”. The button below fills it in for you. You don’t need the app installed.

  2. We delete your account

    We delete your account within 30 days of your request. If you wrote from a different address, we’ll first ask you to confirm the account is yours.

  3. We confirm by email

    We reply once your account has been deleted.

What we delete

  • Your account

    Firebase Authentication

    Your email address, your account ID, and your sign-in records, such as when you created the account and last signed in. This is the only personal information that identifies you.

What isn’t linked to you

  • Usage analytics and crash reports

    Collected through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics without your email address, so they can’t be linked to your account. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days, and usage statistics on Google Analytics’ retention schedule.

  • Your measurements

    Recordings and analysis results are stored only on your phone and never sent to us. Remove them by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your phone’s settings.

  • Purchases and subscriptions

    Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store, and we never see payment details. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.

How long it takes

We delete your account within 30 days of your request. Firebase then removes it from Google’s live and backup systems within 180 days. Firebase also keeps a log of the IP addresses used to sign in for a few weeks before deleting it automatically. After that, no personal information about you remains.
